The first phase of a residential project in Tunbridge Wells – transforming a challenging loft space into a calm, functional room for a teenager.

What was once a forgotten spare bedroom has been completely reimagined. The scheme included full redecoration, new carpets, roman blinds and bespoke joinery designed to make the most of every inch.

The result is a considered, multi-functional space that balances practicality with comfort – incorporating generous storage, a relaxed chill-out area and a dedicated study zone.

Loft rooms can be tricky, but with thoughtful design they can become some of the most characterful and hardworking spaces in the home.

We’re now moving into the next phase- a full refurbishment of the primary bedroom.
